ULTRASONE Trade-In Program: Even Better in May 2025
Following the remarkable success of our Trade-In Program, we are taking it one step further.
To position ourselves even more clearly against programs offered by companies like Apple, we have simplified the process and made the offer even more attractive.
Throughout May 2025, every customer who purchases a Signature headphone priced at €200 or more and sends in an old device will receive at least €50 as a trade-in bonus.
How the Trade-In Works
Participating in the program is extremely simple:
Order your new Signature headphone in our online shop.
Complete the payment as usual.
Send your old device to us, including your order ID.
Once the device arrives at our facility, we will evaluate it. After the return period for your new purchase has expired, you will receive a credit of at least €50 transferred back to your account.
And depending on the condition and value of the device, the credit may even be higher.
Trade-in has rarely been this straightforward.
What Happens to the Old Devices?
Naturally, many customers ask what happens to the devices sent to us.
If the device is an ULTRASONE product, we carefully examine it and attempt to restore it—both hygienically and technically—to a condition in which it can be resold.
Refurbished units may then appear in our SumUp Store, where they are offered again at a reduced price. In some cases, they may also be donated.
If a device can no longer be restored, we check whether individual components can still be reused for repairs. Any parts that cannot be reused are disposed of responsibly and professionally.

For everyone who participates in the program, the result is simple: more listening pleasure at even more attractive prices with our Signature and Edition series headphones.
At the same time, the program helps extend product lifecycles and reduce unnecessary waste.
