The process is simple:

Order a pair of headphones from our online shop.
Send us your old headphones together with your name and the order number from the shop.

It does not matter:

how good or bad the headphones are
whether they are cheap or expensive
how old they are
which brand they come from

Trade-In Credit

You will receive at least €25 credit for your old headphones. The credit will be refunded after we receive the device.

In some cases, the value may be significantly higher.

The maximum credit is 25% of the value of your new order.

Please note: if you return the newly purchased headphones, the trade-in credit will expire.
