When Famous Artists Visit the Booth
Whenever famous artists appear at a trade show booth, things tend to get very lively.
Fans gather instantly. There are cheers, screams, excitement—and suddenly a crowd forms around the artist. Everyone wants a moment, a photo, an autograph, or just a brief interaction.
Sometimes it even becomes so loud that it’s difficult to hear the artist at all, let alone have a meaningful conversation.
Different Artists, Different Moments
Over the years, we have experienced many memorable moments with artists visiting our stand.
When **Lady Gaga stopped by, the noise level reached almost deafening proportions. Fans were everywhere and the excitement was enormous.
With **Stevie Wonder, the situation was slightly different. A large crowd gathered in front of the stand, forming a dense semicircle of admirers.
The legendary producer and guitarist **Eddie Kramer was handled with perfect organization. A line of visitors formed that stretched down the aisle and back again, all waiting patiently for their turn.
And then there was **KISS.
The Surprisingly Calm Encounter with KISS
When the members of **KISS appeared, things worked quite differently.
Fans were kept at a respectful distance, which made it surprisingly easy to have a short conversation.
And what did I discover?
The hard rocker with the fierce stage appearance turned out to be an extremely polite and friendly person, speaking with me without the slightest hint of arrogance or attitude.
In fact, I’ve noticed something repeatedly over the years:
The bigger and more famous the artist, the more normal and respectful they tend to be when dealing with the people who work with them.
By the way, **KISS will perform again in **Las Vegas this November.
The Changing Atmosphere
Unfortunately, things seem to be changing.
Today it often feels as if many people believe it is important to appear important at all times—to stand out, to behave unusually, to create attention.
Personally, that is a trend I do not particularly enjoy.
Sometimes it makes me nostalgic for the good old days, when authenticity and professionalism seemed to matter more than appearances.
My Personal Perspective
If there is one aspect of my work that I value most, it is the direct contact with artists who have been using ULTRASONE headphones for years.
Not because they are paid to do so—but because they truly believe in the sound.
Among them are artists such as:
**Peter Maffay
**Leslie Mandoki
**Eminem
**Shakira
**Eagles
**Moses Pelham
**LaBrassBanda
**Lady Gaga
**Lou Bega
**Ken Taylor
—and hundreds of others.
They are not only exceptional musicians.
They are also wonderful human beings.
So to all of you:
Thank you for your loyalty and support. 🎧
