The Edition 15 and Edition 15 Veritas are the successors to the highly successful Edition 5; they offer all the advantages of that model while avoiding its minor shortcomings.

Our customers have given us feedback that the sound was too dry and that they would like a softer, more musical presentation in the low and mid-frequency ranges.

After an intensive development and research phase, we have developed a new transducer that combines the best of both worlds. The GTC (Gold-Titanium-Compound) transducer uses the gold-coated portion of the dome for the bass and midrange, while the upper and highest frequency ranges are reproduced by the titanium-coated portion.

In this way, the Edition 15 in the semi-open version and the Edition 15 Veritas in the closed version skillfully combine warmth and musicality with absolute precision, making them uniquely sounding headphones that meet the demands of our audiophile friends.

Whether you prefer the semi-open or closed version depends on your preferences and listening conditions; both feature cherry wood ear cup frames with a soft, finely sanded, and waxed finish, metal plaques, aluminum headbands, magnetically attached ear pads, and LEMO connectors for the detachable 1.4-meter cable (balanced ready) or the 3.0-meter cable, as well as a leather-covered case for safe storage.
